Welcome to Sarcastic Human Apparel (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms are legally binding. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you’re under 18, you may only purchase with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you're 12 and trying to order a sarcastic hoodie—sorry, not today.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or scrape our website
Use our products or content for commercial or competitive purposes without permission
Harass us, our staff, or other customers (we’re sarcastic, but we’re still human)

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.

3. Products & Availability

All products are made-to-order via Printful, our production and fulfillment partner. Because items are printed on demand:

Products may vary slightly in color, placement, or sizing
Processing and shipping times may vary
We do not keep inventory on hand

We may discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices listed are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

We accept payment through secure third-party processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, etc.). By placing an order, you authorize these processors to charge your payment method.

We do not store or see your full payment information.

5. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters Printful’s automated production system. For this reason:

Orders cannot be changed, edited, or canceled once they begin production.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Printful, shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect customer information.

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address, order details, and email are correct at checkout.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because our products are custom-printed on demand:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly.
Printful requires photographic evidence of defects to approve replacements.
We cannot offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or failure to read product descriptions.
Apparel may have slight variations due to the print-on-demand process—this is normal and not considered a defect.

7. Shipping Policies

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages
Delayed deliveries
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your tracking says “delivered” but you don’t see it, please contact the carrier.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on this Site—including designs, graphics, text, branding, and content—is owned by Sarcastic Human Apparel or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

We worked hard on this stuff. Don’t steal it.

9. Third-Party Services

Our site integrates with third-party providers such as Printful, payment processors, analytics services, and email platforms.

We are not responsible for:

Their actions
Their terms or policies
How they process your data

Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Site and all Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Use the Site at your own risk (preferably while wearing a cool hoodie).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarcastic Human Apparel shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
Issues caused by shipping carriers, Printful, or other service providers
Typographical errors, inaccuracies, or product variations

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sarcastic Human Apparel, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

13. Governing Law
