Return & Refund Policy
Because all products in our shop are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful, we follow a strict return and refund policy. Please read the details below before placing your order.
💬 Wrong Size, Change of Mind, or Buyer’s Remorse
Because each item is created on demand just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Color preference
• Ordering by mistake
Please double-check the size charts and product details before completing your purchase.
🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered!
Printful will replace the item at no cost as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
To request a replacement, email us with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product (and packaging if applicable)
Once verified, we’ll submit a claim and send a replacement ASAP.
📦 Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, Printful will investigate and replace it after confirming the carrier has deemed it lost.
If tracking shows “delivered,” we cannot replace the order.
đź“® Returns
We do not accept returned items unless Printful requests the return for quality-control purposes. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
đź“— Wrong Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the package may be returned to sender.
• Printful will re-ship your order, but you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
đź’µ Refunds
Refunds are only issued for orders that:
• Arrive damaged or defective and cannot be replaced
• Are lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier
• Are canceled by the store before production begins (rare, as production starts quickly)
Refunds are not issued for size issues, buyer’s remorse, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
